1. Delivery Areas

We ship exclusively within Canada.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship your orders via the following carriers: GLS, FedEx, Purolator, ICS, and Canpar, depending on the region and package type.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Quebec and Ontario: 2 to 5 business days
  • Other provinces: 3 to 8 business days
  • Remote regions: 7 to 14 business days

5. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: 15 CAD per order
  • Free shipping: for orders over 100 CAD before taxes
  • Express shipping: Not available at this time

6. Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

In case of unusual delays or lost packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will proceed with a replacement or refund of the affected product.

8. Incorrect Address

Please carefully verify your shipping address. In case of address errors, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
