Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Timeframe

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Eligible Products

Returns are accepted on all regular priced, non-customized products. Sale items, personalized or made-to-order products are not refundable.

3. Conditions for a Valid Return

  • The item must not have been used
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email info@cannesboreal.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect order), in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if the product has not been used and is in perfect condition. Personalized, custom, or special order items are not exchangeable.

7. Processing Time

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within up to 10 business days.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified. A store credit may also be offered if desired.

10. Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective product or an error occurred in your order, we offer a replacement or full refund upon proof (photo evidence required).
